Job Description

Chase Evans is a well-known international estate agency with offices in London, Hong Kong, and Singapore. We are currently looking for a Property Marketing Administrator who will support our in-house marketing team

Responsibilities:

As a property marketing administrator, you'll contribute to and develop the marketing materials needed to promote Chase Evans’ sales and letting properties. This is a varied role, which includes:

Β· Writing, updating and proofreading property descriptions to ensure high quality property adverts

Β· Sourcing Information including floorplans, brochures, maps, EPC, Gas Safety, etc…

Β· Managing our property image library/database

Β· Creating property brochures and window cards

Β· Liaise with sales/lettings managers to produce sold/let in your street direct mail cards

Β· Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system

Β· Assisting in daily, weekly, and monthly reports

Β· Working with external suppliers such as our printer, photographers, designer and property portals (Rightmove and Zoopla)

Β· Developing relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external and maintain efficient communication between all our offices and external services

Β· Supporting the marketing manager with seasonal campaigns

Skills:

Β· Strong communication and written skills

Β· High Attention to detail

Β· Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines

Β· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)

This role is ideal for someone keen to learn new skills from our small in-house team of marketing professionals whilst at the same time can maintain and manage a busy workflow.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Β£25,000.00-Β£28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location
