Office Assistant

Scott FPS Ltd is a well established family run business based in South Wales with 30 years experience in the fire industry. We are currently seeking a Permanent Office Assistant to join our team based at our office in Barry (CF63 3AA).

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices within a timely manner
• Provide quotations
• Place orders with suppliers
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and quotations
• Manage the set-up of new customers and update maintenance database as and when required.
• Accreditations
• Answer telephone calls and emails
• Lock up at the end of the day
• Provide admin support to the team
• Other adhoc duties to support the smooth running of the office

• Good communication skills - verbal and written
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong computer and processing skills
• Strong organisational skills

Salary: National Living/Minimum Wage

Job Types: Full Time - Permanent

Hours/Working Pattern:

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

Holidays: 20 Days Annual Leave Plus Bank Holidays

Salary: £10.42 per hour
