Junior Legal PA

We have partnered with a leading Law Firm, who are now looking for a personable and driven Junior PA to support their dispute resolution team (experience in disputes is not required). The successful PA will be joining a sociable and friendly team of PA's, in a varied role where no two days are the same! This is an excellent opportunity for a team assistant to step up into a PA role.

Key responsibilities:

• Diary management
• Travel arrangements - including creating itineraries and processing expenses
• Booking and arranging meetings - including booking meeting rooms, taxis, and restaurants
• Inbox management
• End to end billing
• Onboarding new clients, drafting engagement letters and compliance checks
• Amending legal documents, comparisons and proof reading
• Preparing bundles

Key skills & Experience

• A great team player
• The ability to work under pressure to deadlines
• Strong IT Skills – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with diary management
