Baristas & Servers wanted for Fringe foodtruck

We are looking for baristas and serving staff to join our team at Chunk's Ice Cream for Edinburgh Fringe!

Our brand is as much about our people as it is the delicious desserts and coffees we make; We are looking for friendly faces and outgoing personalities to deliver exceptional customer service. If you're smiley, enthusiastic and efficient we need you!

This is a bit of everything position: From making coffee to serving to till work, cleaning (lots of it), scooping and presenting our desserts, you'll need to be capable of this and more. The work is demanding but fun. A degree of stamina is required as you will be on your feet 99% of the time (except cuppa-tea-time of course)!

Experience in a fast paced similar environment eg. Cafe, restaurant, food truck is preferred.

Holding a food hygiene certificate or any relevant qualifications would be a massive bonus.

You must be available from 3rd to 29th August (sorry no applications considered for part of the month)

We are trading in a licensed area, therefore all our team will need to be over 18.
