HELPDESK ADMINISTRATOR (nights)Carbon60 are looking to recruit a Helpdesk Administrator to work night shifts for an industry leading Facilities Management company in Bellshill. ROLE: Helpdesk AdministratorSALARY: £13.60 p/h JOB TYPE: 6 monthsLOCATION: BellshillHOURS: Shift patter 4 on 4 off, between 9pm - 8amTHE ROLE

• Answer calls for a growing multi contract fast paced and Live Call logging on Internal CAFM system (MAXIMO).
• Pro-Actively Monitor and Chase work Orders to completion within the required SLA.
• Administration tasks.
• Issue reports to Internal and external clients/Customers using in-house system.

THE SUCESSFUL CANDIDATE

• Good Customer Service Skills.
• Must be comfortable handling high volume of calls.
• Good IT Skills.
• Excellent organisation and planning skills.
