Weekend Poultry Worker

We are looking for a Weekend Poultry Worker to join the team on our Free Range laying Farm just outside of Upton Snodsbury, Worcestershire. The ideal candidate does not need to have experience with poultry. All training will be provided.

Responsibilites:

• Walk Sheds and collect eggs.
• Ensure that high standards of animal welfare are maintained.
• To Check Feed and Water consumption is maintained at required level routinely throughout the day.
• To Check Shed Temperature is maintained at required level routinely throughout the day.
• Grading and packing of eggs.
• Complete and maintain accurate daily records.
• Keep the Pack house and sheds clean and tidy.
• To check all pallets of egg are correctly packed, stored and labelled with tickets ready for collection.
• Report to the Farm Manager.
• Ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 12 per week

Salary: £10.50-£11.50 per hour

• Every weekend
