Our company is looking for an Optical Assistant to join our home visits team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, helping customers choose the right glasses, and performing basic administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of optical products and services. We are looking for someone who is reliable, friendly, and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses that best suit their needs.
• Measure customers' eyes for the correct fit.
• Educate customers on the benefits of different lens options.
• Maintain accurate records of customer orders and payments.
• Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.

Optical experience essential.

Clean driving license essential.
