Private PA to CEO & Founder

Tiger Private are in search of a highly organized and discreet Private PA, for our client who is the CEO/Founder of a Global industry leading Business. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing private support to the CEO/Founder, as well as occasional business support.

As the CEO/Founder travels extensively, the role will require experience in extensive diary management as well as travel arrangements, including hotel bookings and visas; completing ad-hoc duties where required. In addition to providing private support, the successful candidate will work closely with the other members of staff to organize events and assist with operational tasks. This is a fast-paced role that requires flexibility, as the candidate will be required to be on call outside of normal office hours due to the international nature of the position.

The successful candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. As this is a people-focused role, high levels of verbal and written communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate must demonstrate discretion and trustworthiness at all times, as well as a proven track record of working in fast paced environments with high profile clientele.
