Lead / Senior Java Developer - Leading SaaS Company

Our Client is a Leading FinTech SaaS company specialising in message archiving and compliance. They are looking to hire multiple Senior Java Developers, who will work in a highly focused team responsible for delivering backend services for highly scalable and robust messaging, using leading edge technologies to build pioneering products that are utilised by the 23 out of the 25 top world banks to solve real-world business communication and messaging problems.

Tech Stack:

• Java

• Micro-services Container Platforms (OpenShift, Kubernetes, CRC, Docker)

• Large scale data processing (Kafka)

• NoSQL DBs (Cassandra, Zookeeper, ArangoDB)

• CI/CD Build tools: Maven, Git, Jenkins

• Real-time communication API’s (WebRTC, SIP, XMPP

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement and provide architectural guidance in deploying microservices as a part of an agile development team

• Migrate existing services to microservices

• Write unit and integration tests for your Java code

• Collaborate with testers in development of functional test cases

• Develop deployment systems for Java based systems

• Collaborate with product owners on user story generation and refinement

• Monitor and support the operation of production systems

• Pair programming and peer reviews

Requirements:

• Java development experience in an agile environment, building scalable applications and services

• Experience with RESTful services

• Passion for Test Driven Development

• CI/CD
