Casual Sports Coach

WR Sports Ltd are looking for reliable individuals to join our experienced coaching staff. The role will be casual - with coaches picking up work mainly in evenings and weekends although hours in the day also do become available.

Jobs can be one-off or regular blocks (6 weeks to 6 months!).

Main Duties and Responsibilities

To Lead in the delivery of sports sessions based around Oxfordshire. Primarily working in primary schools, sports clubs, extra-curricular acvtivity sessions, birthday parties, 1-2-1s and more!

To work with the coaching team to assist in the development of youths across Oxfordshire.

To Consistently deliver professional coaching sessions of a high standard as part of WR Sports' Ethos

To plan using the WR sports' "6R's" principle.

To be flexible with work times and sessions carried out

To attend WR CPD events every 6 weeks.

Required experience:

Sports coaching: 2 Years

Working in schools: 1 Year

Office experience: 1 Year (Desirable)

Sales Experience (Retail or other): 1 Yr (Desirable)

Required licence or certification:

Driving licence (Must have access to a car to get around Oxfordshire)

NGB Level 2 Qualification eg FA Level 2, RFU Level 2, ECB Level 2, Sports Qualification etc

Level 1 NGB will be considered if good experience

Up to date First Aid Qualification (can apply for you if you do not have currently)

Up to date Child Safeguarding (can apply for you if you do not have currently)

Clear DBS from the last 3 years (can apply for you if you do not have currently)

Job Type: Zero hours contract

Salary: £10.50-£30.00 per hour
