Highly established company with an impressive client base and reputation throughout the UK and internationally, now seeking a Business Analyst to help innovate their processes, client offerings/experience, and systems

Within this role, you will join a team, working to drive change across a variety of projects, with opportunity to take ownership and lead as appropriate:

- Identify business opportunity- gathering requirements/handling requests.

- Cost / benefit analysis

- Process Mapping + design of improvement

- Implementing change through working with suppliers and internal teams, setting timelines, producing project plans + documentation

- User Acceptance testing, Launch planning, User Training

- Performance measurement/analysis - streamlining
