Production Line Operator (FMCG)

Coco Chocolatier is an artisan chocolate business dedicated to crafting innovative chocolate inspired by art and design. We are currently seeking a full-time Production Line Operative to join our production and packaging team.

Job Overview

The Production Line Operative will be a part of a small team responsible for delivering chocolate production within our factory. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

There are part-time and flexible shift patterns available to the right candidates.

Responsibilities

• Deliver production targets
• Implement good GMP
• Produce high quality chocolate to specification
• Complete documentation for quality and traceability

Skills

• Strong attention to detail
• Adaptable and resourceful
• Ability to read and write in English
• Can take direction and learn quickly.
• Basic numeracy skills.
• Ability to lift 23kg
