Who we’re looking for:

We’re after an enthusiastic and energetic Senior Sales Assistant (Hamleys Expert) to assist the management team. You will be confident in your own actions and foster confidence in others.

It is important that you hold yourself to a high standard of professionalism and that you have an excellent approach to problem solving and communicating. You must have a strong sense of motivation and determination and know how to always use your initiative.

You will be working in a diverse environment which requires adaptability, creativity and a positive frame of mind.

The successful applicant should have proven experience in a Team Leader role or be a sales assistant who is ready to take the next step in their retail career.

You should be confident to run the store efficiently in the absence of the leadership team and be able to confidently report back to senior management on any issues. This includes being a key holder where relevant.

It is essential to be a team player, and you must be supportive and flexible in implementing decisions made by the management team.

You will be a positive role model to all Hamleys Helpers/Sales Assistants, leading them to consistently deliver the high standard Hamleys Experience to all our customers.
