Trainer - Nights

Job Introduction

This is a rare opportunity for a Trainer or Learning and Development professional to support our teams on the night shift.

You will be working 4on 4off 1800 - 0600.

The hourly rate is £13 ph + 10% night shift allowance between 10pm - 6am

Main Responsibilities

As a Trainer you will be conducting our on site inductions, carrying out refresher training for staff and holding 'tool box talks' so that our employees have up to date knowledge to carry out their jobs.

Due to the variety of shifts here at Thetford, this role has been created to support our employees on the night shift. You will be carrying out training in the classroom or on the shop floor and you will ensure our new starters on the night shift have a smooth start to their career.

The Ideal Candidate

Our ideal Trainer will have experience of working in a similar training/L&D function and will be comfortable delivering training to staff from a variety of backgrounds.

Ideally you would have an understanding of Food Safety, HACCP and IOSH.

You will have excellent communication skills and will be comfortable working on your own, managing your own workload accordingly.
