Due to business growth Core Clean Ltd are expanding their team and are looking for their newest motivated team member to join as a Operations Manager.

Core Clean Ltd is a rapidly growing business which is expanding nationwide. We service many clients, predominately within the Construction, Education, and Healthcare Sectors.

We are requiring management of the overall operations of our business. These include essential management duties such as:

• Performing HR duties such as recruiting, selecting, scheduling, counselling and disciplining employees
• Helping the company to promote high morale and communicate the company’s operating policies, customer issues and safety measures
• Performing financial predictions by preparing the annual budgets, scheduling expenditures, analysing variance and initiating corrective actions
• Developing operations policies by evaluating and enforcing policies for products and inventory receipts
• Reviewing and approving operational invoices and forwarding them to payment
• Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
• Making sure that all employees fill out the required legal documents

We are also requiring an individual who is willing to be reactive & adapt to the businesses needs any time of day/night.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
