Full Job Description

My Kitchen Your Place are a wedding & event catering company based in Lavenham, catering weddings at different venues in Suffolk.

We are looking for people to join our team, we have waiting and bar work available - as well as some kitchen work.

The usual format of our events, throughout June & July, is the option to help on set up day, 4 hours on a Thursday or Friday available, this is where we lay the tables and get ready for the big day.

Then a minimum of 8 hours available for the wedding day, always a Saturday.

All weddings are different but the above is a guide.

Events or hospitality experience is preferred, or previous experience in a customer facing role, but not essential - and full training will be provided. We are a friendly team and a smile and willingness to offer the best possible service and really look after our couples friends and family, is truly the most important.

We offer great rates of pay and staff meals.

Own transport is essential due to the rural, varying locations of our events, we also cover travel costs generously.
