Sales and Marketing Director

As the Sales and Marketing Director, you will play a vital role in developing and executing the overall sales and marketing strategy for our award winning agency. Working closely with the Board and reporting to the CEO, you will take ownership of our Sales & Marketing function. You will drive business growth and deliver our commercial goals whilst increasing our brand reach to new levels through the development and execution of successful marketing strategies.

You will personify our values and be a passionate leader with the ability to motivate and support your team, shaping their efforts and guiding them towards achieving exceptional results. As well as building strong relationships within StrategiQ you will also cultivate key client relationships to maximise sales opportunities and grow long-lasting partnerships.
