Paralegal - Housing Disrepair

£19,500.00 - £26,500.00 per year (based on experience)

Office in Salford Quays

Monday-Friday 9am-5.00pm

The Role

The successful candidate will speak to potential clients in relation to their Housing Disrepair Claims.

You will be working within an established and expanding Housing Disrepair Team.

The successful candidate will ideally have the following knowledge and experience –

• Ability to speak with clients and vet their claims to ensure they meet the firms’ criteria. Full training will be given.
• Experience of using Proclaim case management system (Training will be provided)
• Experience of working in a fast paced, target driven environment
• Attention to detail
• Organisation and admin skills
• Communication skills: written and verbal
• Ability to work individually or part as a team

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
