The East Street Deli is a speciality food store in Wimborne, Dorset, that offers a fantastic range of cheese, meats, antipasti and alcohol. We also have a great range of homewares and an eco-friendly refill station.

We are looking for a brand new enthusiastic team member to join The East Street Deli in Wimborne where we pride ourselves on first class customer service.

As a Deli Assistant, you will be part of a team ensuring the efficient running of the front of house operation responsible for serving and selling with confidence and pride, maintaining shop floor presentation standards and making sure our customers enjoy the best possible service and in-store experience. The role will also include moving and replenishing stock, receiving and storing deliveries and carrying out general housekeeping activities.

We are looking for a new member to join our team who is highly motivated with a real interest and passion for great food and drink and who has excellent customer service skills and takes pride in whatever they do.

This position will include hours at the weekend and also during the week.

Hospitality or retail experience is essential.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 12 per week

Salary: From £10.50 per hour
