Chef de Partie

We are looking for an experienced chef de partie to join our award-winning team at The Bay Horse in Hurworth. You will be part of a small, professional team, working a 4 day week, where you will be expected to prepare for and successfully run a section during busy service. The ideal candidate should be capable of working well with others as well as being able to work unsupervised. Collaborating with our Head Chef and Sous Chef you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and create new dishes with our prix fixe and market menus.

Wage is made up of hourly rate plus tips. Tips are paid via tronc and are based on an average of the last 6 months.

Salary: Up to £34,500.00 per year
