Customer Reservations Advisor/Service Bookings

Sandal Huddersfield is looking for a Service Bookings Advisor.

Your role

You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers as well as be responsible for generating inbound and outbound workshop bookings. From welcoming customers to ensuring they have a smooth journey, it’s all about giving BMW customers peace of mind.

Your profile

We’re looking for someone with proven customer service experience and a passion for automotive, you’ll be someone who can quickly get to grips with processes, BMW products and services. If you have the tenacity and commitment to realise your potential, we’ll give you the training to go as far as you can.
