Assistant Site Manager
Future Build Recruitment ↗Futurebuild are seeking an Assistant Site Manager for a large scale, 5-star housebuilder just north of King's Lynn. The desired candidate will have longevity within their previous roles and a proven track record as a No.2 on residential developments.
The client aforementioned are growing year on year with a multi-million pound turnover. Quality, high standards and customer satisfaction are at the forefront.
About you:
Level 4 (HNC/NVQ4) minimum or suitably experienced tradesperson with considerable experience of the full range of construction trades
SMSTS
CSCS
First Aid
FAAW
PASMA
SMARTWaste
Fire Marshall
Manual handling
Scaffold Awareness
Lifting Operations
Traffic Management
Crane Rescue
Fire Stopping
Asbestos awareness
UXO (bomb) Awareness
Good understanding of Health and Safety procedures and legislation applicable to the construction industry
Experience of Traditional Construction, RC Frame and Timber Frame construction
