Junior Graphic Designer (6 Month FTC with view to extend)

This initial 6-month FTC role is a launchpad for an enriching and long-lasting career with us, with the likelihood of extension should you exceed our expectations.
What you’ll do:

• Develop creative concepts in response to client briefs, ensuring high-quality designs for print, web, and social media use in line with Sodexo brand guidelines and client timelines.
• Collaborate closely with Head of Creative Services and Creative Lead to guarantee quality control before sharing with clients.
• Manage amends and artworking in accordance with feedback from clients and Head of Creative Services.
• Provide creative support to manage print and branded merchandise requests via external partners.
• Own project administration duties such as planning, briefing, templating, and time management.
• Contribute to maintaining and developing our in-house image bank.
• Act as a brand guardian, promoting Sodexo Brand Hub guidelines within the UK&I business.

What you bring:

• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud platforms (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Working knowledge of the print process.
• Energetic and passionate attitude towards design.
• Exceptional creative flair, strong visual sense, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
• Open to challenge and feedback, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• While experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other additional creative skills like animation and illustration are desirable, what we value most is your willingness to learn and grow. A degree-level qualification in graphic design (or similar) would be beneficial, but it’s your talent and dedication that will truly make the difference.

What we offer:
