Maintenance Technician

Salary: £37,905

Shift allowance: £5,000

Hours: 37.5 variable shift pattern 8:00-21:00

We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Maintenance Technician to our Whiston Hospital Contract

The Senior Maintenance Technician will be responsible for a range of Maintenance Duties across site whilst also overseeing and assisting more junior staff members

This has a Early, late shift rotation.

Responsibilities

- Assistance managing life cycle replacement projects. LV Busbar replacement with NG Baileys, Nurse-call Static systems, and sluice masters,
- HV & LV AP for new generator installation & electrical shutdowns to suit installation & testing works
- Urgent, Reactive & PPM Maintenance
- Working & assisting management and contractors with complex HV & LV switching.

Essential Qualifications/Skills

- Formal Engineering qualification in Electrical/Mechanical discipline
- Previous experience within Building Services/Facilities Management
- Healthcare experience would be beneficial
