Cocktail Bartender

Hardwick Hall Hotel are recruiting for an experienced Bartender to come and join our team.

Set in 120 acres of parkland, Hardwick Hall Hotel lies in the heart of the beautiful County Durham countryside. Surrounded by the stunning Hardwick Country Park, our hotel is steeped in charm and character providing the perfect setting for a luxurious break.

We are looking for somebody creative and with a passion for cocktails. This is a fantastic opportunity to show off your skills in mixology and classic cocktails, but also to be inventive and develop amazing taste sensations through your cocktails.

You must be confident in all aspects of bar work and cocktail making, and have a minimum of 2 years bar tending experience, with a strong focus on cocktail making. You must be enthusiastic, driven and willing to build on your existing skills.

But most importantly you will have a passion for customer service, and enjoy providing a memorable service.

Full time and part time positions are available. Applicants must be available to work evenings and weekends.

Due to the nature of the job, we can only accept applicants aged 18 and over.
