Trainee Solicitor

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic trainee solicitor to work for Thomas and Thomas Solicitors.

This is a fantastic time to join a fast and ambitious firm and to play a key role in the delivery of excellent customer service in line with the firms service standards.

The right candidate will need to demonstrate a high level of organisational skills, be able to manage a variety case load and demonstrate attention to detail.

The ability to team working and good IT skills are essential.

This role will provide a high level of legal support and assist in all legal work, including Probate, Wills, Conveyancing, Criminal law, Personal injury and civil litigation undertaken by the solicitors.

The trainee solicitor will assist the fee earner and will also be responsible for their own caseload.

The job would be based between Port Talbot, Bridgend and Maesteg offices.

The ideal candidate should hold an LPC, SQE or equivalent qualification. Experience working as a paralegal would be desirable but not essential.
