We are recruiting Parcel administrations agents for our Client DHL a worldwide logistics company to join their Croydon depot parcel resolutions administration team.

• Role – Administrations Agent
• Location- Croydon, CR0
• Shifts –Mon - Fri 12.30 - 21.30 PM
• Hours –40+ per week
• Pay per week £533.15 (£11.78 per hour for hours between 8am - 7pm / £14.38 for hours between 7pm - 8am)
• Overtime -£17.67 per hour

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Capturing location and data information of shipments by scanning all returned shipments
• Supporting the efficient and accurate movement of shipments within the company network
• General administrative support
• Scanning invoices, creating labels
• Monitoring of data and data entry
• Handling internal and external customer queries delivering excellent customer service

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE
