Are you a team player with excellent organisational skills?

We're seeking an organised and confident person to join us a Team Administrator.

We have new opportunities in our Great Northern-Thameslink Business Support Team to work as a Team Administrator; you will based at Kings Cross Station reporting to the Business Support Manager. You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing high quality Administrative Support to the Thameslink and Great Northern Management Teams
  • Working in partnership with other departments within TLGN and the wider business to ensure that all team activities are co-ordinated and support the overall priorities of the Business Support Team, including promoting successes and engagement with colleagues.

You should possess the following:

  • Proven Experience in an Administrative role (Essential)
  • Previous note taking experience (Essential)
  • Highly literate in the use of IT Systems (Essential)
  • Competent in using performance systems such as TRUST,P2, CCF and Bugle (Desirable)
  • Experience working in a pressurised environment (Essential)
  • Strong organisational and planning skills - with an ability to prioritise effectively - (Essential)
  • The potential to explore and interpret data thoroughly, with a high attention to detail and correctness (Essential)
  • Educated to GCSE or A Level standard (Essential)
