Content Writer
Business Leader ↗Business Leader, which is part of the fast-growing Ascot Group, is recruiting for a content writer to join our team. You will be office-based in Worle, Weston-super-Mare.
Public relations or communications experience is preferable but not essential.
What will the job entail?
- Re-purposing and publishing press releases and content
- Writing features and articles that will be published in print and online
- Building relationships with journalists and PR professionals
- Finding breaking business news stories
What skills and experience will you need?
- A relevant degree or experience of working in a similar environment
- Ability to write news stories and features
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Confident manner and happy to talk on the phone and in-person
What is Business Leader?
Business Leader is a media and publishing business that has a print magazine, hosts regular digital and live events, and awards, and publishes daily content both online and in its digital newsletter.
It is part of the Ascot Group, which is based over three offices and employs over 100 people.
What is the salary?
The salary is dependent on experience.

You will report to the Editor at Business Leader.
