Inbound Customer Service Advisor
Part Timeand Permanent position -Warrington Based

16 hours and 21 hour shifts available- Monday- Thursday day shifts

SCHOOL SHIFTS AVAILABLE

Salary: £10.90 + attendance bonus + bonus

Role:
Inbound calls from new and existing customers
Dealing with questions and queries
Changing account details
Setting up direct debits/ Taking payments
Offering advise on the best product or service
Working towards upsell targets /Inbound calls
Resolving customer complaints and issues
