Are you a dynamic, creative and innovative nursery nurse with excellent communication and organisational skills?

Come and join us to help improve the health and wellbeing of children and families within Aberdeen City Health and Social Care partnership.

You would be part of our health visiting teams working within localities across the city providing extended support and guidance in collaboration with children, families and other agency’s to support their health and wellbeing.

You will be provided with a robust induction/training to support your development, encouraged to participate in new ways of working across the city meeting the needs of children and families.
