Job Overview: FairTutors is seeking a talented and experienced Facebook Ads Manager to join our team. As the Facebook Ads Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing effective Facebook advertising campaigns to generate leads for our tutoring services within a specified budget.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective Facebook ad campaigns to attract potential students to our tutoring services
• Research and analyze market trends and audience insights to optimize ad targeting and messaging
• Create and manage ad budgets to ensure maximum ROI and cost-effectiveness
• Monitor and report on the performance of ad campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for optimization
• Collaborate with our content and marketing teams to develop high-quality ad creatives that resonate with our target audience
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Facebook advertising and incorporate them into our campaigns

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience managing Facebook advertising campaigns
• Proven track record of generating leads and achieving business objectives through Facebook advertising
• Experience with ad targeting, budgeting, and performance tracking
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other teams
• Passion for education and interest in the tutoring industry

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary contract, Freelance, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 5 per week

Salary: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
