Ramp Agent
The Best Connection Employment Group ↗The Best Connection are proud to be working in partnership with our client Wilson James based at Gatwick airport.
They are currently looking to recruit 25 Ramp Agents. You will be working across a few departments helping transport passengers to and from the terminals as well as within the terminal itself.
** Due to the nature of the role you will be required to work as a Customer Care Agent until your full training and Airside Driving test is complete and you have obtained a Blue pass (this can be up to 12 weeks)**
Pay: £10.93 to start then increasing to £11.95 once training has been completed.
Hours: 5 on 3 off with a mixture of earlies and lates between the hours of 04:00 and 00:00
The role will include but not be limited to:
Transporting the passengers to various different gates and terminals whilst working in the terminal itself.
Transporting and collecting the Passengers from the gates using either a 12 seat minibus or an AMBI-lift. (Training provided).
You will be working with the general public and with passengers with disabilities so a polite and courteous manner is essential.
All training is provided
You will need as a minimum:
Clean Cat B licence
D1 and Cat C licences are desirable but not essential
