A great opportunity has become available with a small but secure womenswear high street supplier for a Production Coordinator. It technical could be seen as a Production Manager role as you will be the sole person dealing with production.

The company work with three well know retailers. It’s a office based job located right next to a London tube station. The environment is a friendly but fast paced, they are looking for somebody on the ball and would focus on the job in hand and work with Design and Sales managing the every so crucial Critical Path

DUTIES

Production Critical paths.
Day to day running of production. Liaising with customers, sorting any problems out with late deliveries, fabric shortages or damages.
Raise dockets.
Book fabrics and trims in
Order brand labels
Bookings for garments into our retailers
Export invoices for our truck

MUST HAVES TO BE SHORTLISTED

Must have recent experience working in a UK womenswear high street clothing supplier as either a Production Assistant / Production Assistant or Production Manager (not managing staff) having covered the duties above.
Solid experience managing Critical paths.
Knowledge of short and long lead times (company work with factories in Turkey and China)
First class English communications Skills (written and Verbal)
Solid IT Skills in Outlook, Excel
Team Player, understanding how important deadlines are, self-motivated.
Must be UK based and be eligible to work in the UK for 5 years
