Job Title: Amazon Account Manager

Salary: £30,000-£35,000

Hours: 8:30am to 5pm

Days: Monday to Friday

Location: On-site at Alconbury Weald, Cambridgeshire office

Introduction:

Since launching back in 2007, Unified Retail has become one of the largest Amazon brand partners in the UK, working with some of the leading FMCG brands across multiple categories.

Due to continued growth, we’re recruiting an Amazon Account Manager who will be responsible for ensuring that our agency clients are provided with the best possible service and results.

The successful candidate will be the point of contact for their accounts and be responsible for working with various members of the team to ensure that we’re always meeting deadlines.

Job Description:

• Be the point of contact for your accounts
• Leading calls with your accounts (weekly, fortnightly or monthly)
• Continuously identify ways for us to improve your account’s sales
• Planning projects and agreeing deadlines for your accounts
• Working with our internal marketing and operations teams to ensure deadlines are agreed and achieved
• Maintaining a full understanding at all times of your accounts and latest changes
• Monthly sales, advertising and general account reporting
• Feeding proactive suggestions to your brands to grow their Amazon sales
• Taking complete ownership and responsibility for your accounts

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central experience is essential
• Ability to understand and piecing together data as required
• Confident in managing brands of all sizes and communicating with external stakeholders on a regular basis
• Great at building long-lasting relationships with the brands that you work with
• Good problem solver who has the ability to think outside the box
• A desire to continuously upskill yourself with the latest features, tips and tricks
• Technically-minded and confident in using various software packages to retrieve and create data
• Advanced knowledge of using programs such as Word and Excel

Preferences:

• Understanding of Amazon advertising solutions (Sponsored Products, Brands & Display)
• 1 years of experience in an account management role

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

• Account management: 1 year (preferred)
• Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central: 1 year (preferred)
