Phlebotomist

Our company specialises in collecting cord blood and tissue samples (stemcells) for the storage banks within the UK. We provide cover throughout the whole of the UK and are looking for an experienced phlebotomist to join our team in Scotland due to a high demand for our services.

The cord blood and tissue samples are collected from the placenta after a woman has given birth therefore due to the unpredictable nature of the role we would be looking for someone who can available 24/7 for clients. However you do not need to attend a clients full length of labour.

We pay our Phlebotomist £160 per collection, plus in some cases mileage. It is up to you to manage through effective communication with your client leaving to attend the collection at a suitable time. (Training is provided to the suitable candidate)
