Machine Operator

Temp to Perm Machine Operator and Team Leader is required for a company based on the outskirts of Leamington Spa.

Hourly rate between £12 - £13 per hour though flexibility on the rate is offered for the right person.

Working hours are 30-40 hours per week, 5 hours per day, Monday to Friday and applicants must be flexible to also work Sundays during busy peak periods. Standard hours are 3pm to 8pm with 30 minutes lunch.

Experience in operating machinery is essential, together with administration experience. The machinery includes multi-head weighers on a food production line in bagging so experience in a bagging food department a distinct advantage. This is a Team Lead role to manage a team of 3 machine/bagging operators. Additional responsibilities include stock control, order processing and maintenance of the work area.
