About the Role
Gainsborough Care Home has 48 beds, is located in Swanage, Dorset and is just a stone’s throw away from Dorset's stunning Jurassic Coastline and beaches. There is a regular Ferry across to Poole, providing easy access to the Swanage area, with coastal views throughout.
We believe in excellent personalised care, and as a Care Assistant you’ll be providing our residents with support and companionship – really getting to know them as individuals.
Your role will involve personal care duties such as bathing and dressing, updating their care plans, and helping them to remain as independent as possible. You’ll also take part in a variety of creative activities – a favourite for our residents!
About You
Having a caring and compassionate nature is the most important skill you can bring within social care, everything else we can teach you.
