Experienced maintenance providers needed with immediate start

Are you looking to expand your own maintenance business, do you have proven experience in the static holiday home industry?

We are looking for a maintenance support for Felixstowe, Suffolk area

The ideal candidate will have:

• Ability to provide responsive maintenance cover 7 days a week, resolving ad hoc and scheduled maintenance jobs ready for guest arrivals and whilst on stay.
• Basic knowledge of general caravan maintenance to include general repairs, basic plumbing and minor electrical work.
• Ability to creatively troubleshoot and provide short-term solutions when required ahead of long-term fixes.
• Experience of working as a handyperson in the holiday industry would be ideal but not essential, due to the timeframes between each guest.
• Must adhere to health and safety guidelines and have appropriate liability insurance cover.
• Must be willing to submit paperwork to parks, as required, to gain necessary contractor approval
• Attention to detail and pride in own work
• Discreet, friendly disposition while communicating with staff and guests.
• Must be IT competent, and able to manage own workload around priority work orders received by email.
• Payment of pre agreed rates, and ad hoc payments, are settled weekly following receipt of your invoice.

Salary: From £20.00 per hour
