A successful candidate for our Secretary position will have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This is a temporary contract and will require the successful candidate to work in close proximity to the manager.

Responsibilities:

• File letters, memos, and reports.
• Answer the phone and screen messages.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings.
• Take notes at meetings.
• Schedule meetings.
• Create spreadsheets, charts, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office programs such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Manage professional and business communications between employers and clients, including meetings and events.
• Provide support to other staff members.
• Assist in the sourcing and purchasing of all equipments needed for shipment
• Coordinate events at a professional or business office.

Salary: £2,500.00-£3,000.00 per month
