HR Advisor (Recruitment)

Fox Morris are working with Bath and North East Somerset Council in relations to finding a HR Operations Lead Officer to start work ASAP!

Responsibilities

• The postholder will oversee the day to day running of the recruitment workstream and its range of activities which support the smooth running of the wider HR Operations service.
• This includes supervising and co-ordinating the recruitment team to support the organisation in recruitment and effective appointment of employees and workers, ensuring all verbal offers of employment, statutory and safer recruitment checks like DBS and references and any job specific requirements are completed and appropriate evidence is retained on file.
• You will be part of a larger HR & OD service and will work collaboratively with your colleagues across the service to ensure continuous improvement in our HR&OD service delivery.

You will be required to work Monday-Friday (9:00-5:00pm). This is based on a 6 month contract and the pay negotiable.
