Job Description

Commercial Property Paralegal -

My Clients commercial property team acts for high profile retailers, student accommodation and industrial providers and hoteliers. This entails acquisitions, disposals, restructuring, refinance and management of property. Their large practice handles everything from high-profile complex deals and litigation to the day-to-day managing of property portfolios. They also run training and property events to keep you up-to-date with the commercial implications of changes to the law.

The Successful Applicant

Commercial Property Paralegal -

  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • LLB or Equivalent
  • 6 Months+ experience in Commercial property
  • Commercial Awareness
  • Well Organised
