Plant Area Assistant

Sunshine Garden Centre is one of the UK's leading independent garden centres with incredible displays, high end products and some of the best management in the industry. We are looking for someone in the early stages of their garden centre career, ready to take the step up into an autonomous role, that will allow you to make key sales and operational decisions.

The successful candidate will have a genuine interest in Garden Centre retail, backed up by relevant experience and be willing to put in the hard yards to grow a successful career within the business. Due to the nature of this independent garden centre, preference is taken to candidates applying with experience working in an independent garden centre, over one that is part of a large multiple.

On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for:

• Incredible customer service
• Plant stock replenishment and merchandising to create inspiring plant displays
• Plant Care
• Housekeeping tasks as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to £100.00 per day

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
