Proactive Cleaners have an exciting position for a junior sales/admin assistant to join a growing and friendly team based in Slough.

The core function of your role will be to provide support for the following:

Role Responsibility

• Dealing with sales, customer service, complaints, team logistics etc
• Taking Calls and enquiries via phone
• Booking jobs via internal management systems
• Emailing agents and customers
• Creating quotes/ sending quotes
• Chasing invoices
• Chasing enquiries
• Creating Databases
• Updating Accounts ledgers
• Booking parking
• Email campaigns fortnightly
• Populating database
• Handling essential administrative functions, including user maintenance, reports and dashboards.
