APPLICATIONS SUPPORT TEAM MANAGER – 12-MONTH FTC – REMOTE

Pearson Carter are currently working with an established End User who are looking to recruit a an Applications Support Team Manager on a 12 month, fixed term contract basis, in the education domain.

This is company have a great culture, with a lot of collaboration and spirit amongst the team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Application Support Team and Service Management for Business Applications
• Manage 1st, 2nd and 3rd Line IT Support
• Responsible for change management
• Point of team escalation

Experience:

• Strong IT Service Management experience required
• Application Support expertise
• Experience in change management and implementing transformation

Salary:

This role offers a is offering £55,000 on a 12-month fixed term contract basis.

Location:

This client is working to an remote working model with travel to their London or Manchester office on a very infrequent basis.
