Job Description
RoyaleResorts are a rapidly growing company providing holiday accommodation in some of the most beautiful regions of the UK.
We are looking for Wardens to be responsible for the upkeep of the grounds on our site - Shamba Holiday Park and assist in Receptionist when needed.
40 HOURS PER WEEK - ACROSS 5 OUT OF 7 DAYS
Duties & Responsibilities:-
We are looking for Wardens to be responsible for the upkeep of the grounds on our site - Shamba Holiday Park and assist in Receptionist when needed.

Duties & Responsibilities:-
- To manage the check-in/check-out process
- Provision of a warm and welcoming introduction to customers upon arrival at reception, escorting them to their pitch and providing them with all the relevant information for their stay
- Manage and finalise touring bookings including creating bookings, dealing with enquiries, taking payments and managing the arrival and departure processes
- Ensure all cash is managed securely and properly accounted for
- Answer the phone and respond to client enquiries
- To conduct regular checks throughout the park to ensure that standards are maintained
- Responsible for the opening and closing of reception in accordance with reception opening hours and roster
- To ensure all on site waste bins are emptied on a regular basis
- To ensure all signage is appropriate and in line with Royale brand guidelines

- Assist in the maintenance of park buildings and equipment and complete any planned daily, weekly and monthly maintenance tasks or as requested by the Park Supervisor
- Complete general grounds maintenance, including grass cutting, strimming and edging
- Maintain park hedges, trees, flower borders, walkways, fencing and paths as required
- Clearing of drains, down pipes and guttering
- Maintaining pitches/footpaths/roadways free from litter, leaves, ice/snow and falling debris
- Schedule testing and maintenance of all the grounds maintenance equipment in accordance with any guidelines or requirements as stipulated by management
- Perform cleaning duties of the ablution block
- Conduct routine and spontaneous security inspections of the park
- Promptly and professionally respond to security and other emergencies ensuring that where applicable
- Ensure the park is compliant with the Site License
- Ensure the park complies with Health and Safety
- Follow regular auditing of equipment and outdoor spaces
- Notify Park Supervisor of all issues and ensure they are logged
