Central London, Salary Circa £50,000

Our client requires a Live-out Handyman to work between 2 London properties in Chelsea and Bond Street.

Duties include but not limited to:

Decorating
Cleaning windows
Sweeping outdoor terraces/cleaning garden furniture
Setting security systems
Cleaning air-con filters
Occasional assisting with the family dogs
General handyman duties

Candidate requirements:

Good knowledge of internet and in-house entertainment systems
Dog lover
London based and be fully legal to work in the UK
Previous private house experience

Working days: Monday to Friday (very occasionally you will need to work a weekend)
Core hours: 8am – 4pm
Salary: In the region of £50,000 gross PA. If you have your own car to drive between residences, milage will be paid
Start Date: Mid March - April
