HR Business Partner

Location: No fixed place of work (hybrid of home-working and site visits) Salary: up to £50,000 Contract duration: 10 months Fixed Term ContractCarbon60 is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner on a 10 months fixed term contract basis on behalf of our client - an industry-leading corporate organisation.This is a strategic role that will see you partnering with business leaders to enable the delivery of HR solutions to maximise people performance, strategy and workforce planning to significantly contribute towards strengthening business performance and culture.You will provide confident, visible HR leadership to stakeholders and account teams, ensuring performance standards are met and delivered, talent and resources are utilised optimally, client HR relationships are nurtured and developed and all opportunities for best practice and growth are leveraged.About you:

• Proven track record in an HR generalist role with a focus on strategy
• HR qualification/qualified by experience
• Have a detailed understanding off all HR aspects
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Proven experience in working in a matrix organisation and building diverse teams
