Food and Beverage Assistant

We have an opportunity for a passionate and experienced hospitality professional to join the team as a F&B Assistant Manager to oversee the day to day operation of our restaurant, bars & conference & banqueting outlets.

What is the role?

• Leading the team to ensure high quality guest experience
• Training & Developing the team
• Driving to improve the F&B experience at all times
• Providing first class service to all customers
• Effectively respond to guest queries, issues and complaints
• Supporting the F&B Manager.
• Taking on Duty Manager shifts where needed
• Composing rota's on a weekly basis
• Setting up and delivering team briefings & one to ones.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience working in a busy hospitality environment
• Strong communication skills
• A positive and friendly attitude
