Role Purpose:

To providing administrative support to Facilities Manager. Please note this posting is for a part-time position of 15 hours per week.

Key Accountabilities:

• General office administration including but not limited to; filing, invoicing, and managing purchase orders for the Property team
• Purchasing Health & Safety Equipment
• Keeping records and signage up to date
• Coordinate PPM & reactive visits with contractors across estate
• Supporting Project team with administration
• Ad hoc duties as and when required by the Property team

We expect the successful candidate to have the following skills and experience:

• Competent with MS Office
• Strong administration, correspondence, and data entry skills
• Efficient and highly organised with excellent attention to detail
